What to know before comparing two photos.

How does the visual feature comparison work?
You upload one photo of the parent and one of the child. Both faces are aligned to the same size and height and the comparable areas are marked so you see them side by side.
Which facial areas are analysed?
Eyebrows, eyes, cheekbones, ears and face width in the first comparison. The full report extends the detail to eight areas, including nose, jaw and lips.
Does it replace a DNA test?
No. The result is indicative and helps clear up doubts about resemblance. It does not establish parentage, it is not a genetic test and it has no legal validity.
Which photos work best?
Passport-style photos: the person facing the camera, good light, an unobstructed face, only one person in the image and no caps, sunglasses or objects covering the features.
Are my photos stored?
No. Photos are processed in your own browser and stay on your device for the session only.
How much is the full report and what does it include?
€2.95 as a one-off payment, VAT included. It includes the resemblance index from 1 to 100, the area-by-area analysis, similarities and differences, and the downloadable PDF report that is also emailed to you.
